Magnolia Falls is named after the big leaf magnolia trees and the nearby waterfalls on the Peddlers Fork stream. The peaceful and relaxing sounds can be enjoyed year round from the front porch as the stream flows over the rocks and gushes toward the deep gorge below. This tranquil setting sits on 60 acres surrounded by woods with walking trails. You have access to the entire 2nd floor, porches and outdoor area. The first floor isn't rented or occupied; you have the property to yourself.

This is the newest cabin in the H&P Cabin family. The RiverView cabin sits very near the north fork of the Ky. River and DOES REQUIRE a four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicle. It's at the bottom of a very steep, graveled hill. This cabin has just been completed and sleeps up to 8 persons comfortably. There is a small kitchenette, dorm size refrigerator, 10 cup coffee pot, a toaster, and a 2 burner hot plate. ALL pets MUST be in a crate if let alone in the cabin, no exceptions.

After a long day of exploring Natural Bridge and RRG unwind in the hot tub followed by smores at the fire pit. Get comfy in our TWO king beds or snuggle up for a movie on one of our smart TV’s. Access to this property is on a level-paved road where you will turn onto our short, gravel driveway for parking. Any vehicle can easily access the property.
