Take a walk, fish, kayak, bring your ATV and hit the trails, or simply just relax by the fire and enjoy the star lit sky. You'll find yourself immersed in paradise and nature. We have plenty of parking and there is a second cabin on the same property available too!

Welcome to Hersey Hideaway, the perfect place to relax on the Muskegon River! Get on the river, soak in the luxurious hot tub, stargaze, or enjoy evenings by the fire. In the summer, access a detached bunkhouse, blackstone grill, and plenty of outdoor seating! Explore biking and hiking the White Pine Trail or enjoy ORV trails. Big Rapids is a 25 min drive for restaurants, groceries, & breweries. Plenty of amazing day trips to Sleeping Bear Dunes, Traverse City, Caberfae, and Lake Michigan!

You will have the entire basement-- two bedrooms, bathroom, small kitchen area, & living room-- to yourself. We are in a wooded setting a couple of miles from town. You'll be able to enjoy your own patio entrance (pond view) with access to a firepit. We are close to the White Pine Trail. We think you'll find the space peaceful & cozy. There is a stairway to the upstairs, but it is curtained off and covered with foam board for privacy. You will have the entire floor & entrance to yourself!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 'Bella Vista' is a cozy cottage SE of Leroy MI, approx. 6 miles E. of 131. The 2 bedroom cottage on Wells Lk. sleeps up to 5 comfortably. 3 large picture windows overlook a beautiful view of the lake. You are able to enjoy this smaller lake via 4 kayaks, deck, or a pontoon off of your personal deck. The comfortable 1993 pontoon has a new 4-stroke, 30 HP Suzuki motor. Pontoon use is $30/day for experienced boaters.

Cabin offers a single bed, convertible couch, and seating on the main floor. Upstairs a double bed & another futon mattress. Kitchen, with gas stove, fridge, and cold running water (can be warmed on the stove or electric kettle) Dining room table with 5 chairs Firepit and outhouse. Outdoor shower and tub (cold water from hose).

Private home tucked back in the woods on 20 acres with close proximity to the Manistee National Forest. Hiking trails throughout the property. Kids tree house. Large outdoor firepit with firewood included. 20 miles to Caberfae Peaks ski resort and 50 miles to Crystal Mountain ski resort. Public ATV and snowmobile trails nearby.

A simple getaway. Great place to unplug! No Wi-Fi no TV. Lake access right down the street with public boat ramp. Great for taking a break in an incredible cabin. The water is okay for taking a shower and washing dishes, but please use bottled water for cooking and drinking. Downtown Evart drive 15 minutes. Downtown Cadillac drive 25 minutes.
