Within a 15-20 minute walk to the Moody Center, the Bass Concert Hall, the UT sports complex and the University of Texas campus, you can avoid (the sometimes horrendous) event traffic and parking fees. The neighborhood also has many great restaurants, bars, coffee shops and even a fringy theater company, all within a few minutes walk.
