It’s a short 5-minute walk to the village bakeries for morning bread and 10 min to the lake & beach. Bedroom, living room with a single bed, a fully equipped kitchen. A bathroom . The flat is on the 3rd level in a private house. In Rheinstetten close to Karlsruhe. Free parking on the street. Garage for bycicles or bikes.

Egal ob Wandern im Pfälzer Wald, ein paar Tage Wellness oder die Ruhe der Natur direkt vor der Haustür - in dieser Unterkunft lässt sich vieles vereinen. Der Pool ist bei unseren Gästen besonders beliebt, da er nach Sauna-und Spaziergängen für Erfrischung sorgt. Besonders geschätzt wird auch die Privatsphäre, da sowohl Pool als auch Sauna und Garten zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung stehen. Der Pool ist ganzjährig nutzbar, allerdings nicht beheizt. Ein Whirlpool steht nicht zur Verfügung.

Venez séjourner dans notre ancienne Grange, entièrement rénovée ! Tout le confort d'un loft contemporain au charme de l'ancien grâce aux poutres apparentes et aux briques d'origines. Idéal pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis car chaque chambre possède sa propre salle d'eau ! Une terrasse extérieure couverte offre un vrai prolongement de l'espace vie au 1er étage. Ce logement a été presque intégralement meublé en matériel de récupération local, de seconde-vie ou du neuf éco-responsable.

You will love lounging in our heated indoor pool while listening to the birds sing under the magnificent cherry trees that overlook the garden.
