Gli arredamenti in legno rifiniti con oli naturali, le pareti in pietra e calce, i pavimenti in cotto fatto a mano con finitura in cera d’api e il riscaldamento a pavimento rendono questa struttura sana e rispettosa dell’ambiente. The house, part of a late seventeenth-century building, is located near Via Casalnuovo, in the upper part of the Sasso Caveoso. It is located in a privileged position, in the silence of the Sassi but 300 meters from the pedestrian area where walking in the historic city center in a few minutes on foot you can reach the most interesting places of the town. It is possible to park the car on the street, a few minutes walk from the house or in a guarded parking at a cost of about 10 euros per day.

The uninterrupted union between architecture and nature is made possible by the flights of stairs that connect the parts of the villa. All around, a majestic garden surrounds the house and makes your eyes look peaceful.

The apartment is on the ground floor. It was the old house of my grandparents, whom they built with their own hands with the support (solidarity) of the women of the village. They bore on their heads the stones that make up the structure of the wall. The reward? Dances and wine all night. Self-taught organist, my grandfather played and my grandmother welcomed all people. A beautiful energy remains in each stone ... It will be a pleasure to share all this with you.
