Today, it is a private Estate with big jungle trees, about 4km of trails, fruit orchards and beautiful gardens. The house has been fully renovated and is welcoming and comfortable. A large wrap-around terrace looks out toward Volcán Barú and La Amistad Park. Hacienda Viva offers a setting to slow down and reconnect. Casa El Guarumo sits at the top of our 4-acre permaculture farm, situated between Parque Internacional La Amistad and the town of San Vito, Coto Brus. Come to reset and unwind. Terra Lodge es un pequeño hotel boutique de una sola habitación. El hotel cuenta con una piscina privada. Junto a la piscina hay un "rancho" con cocina y terraza. Con el asfalto mojado es recomendable un 4x4 en la rampa de 75 metros hasta el hotel. Por lo general, no lo necesitará.
