The apartment is surrounded by water on three sides. It is bright, clean and spacious. Both bedrooms are en suite and the apartment is well equipped. It has beautiful views over the river Shannon and there are nice areas outside to relax by the river. Lanesborough has good restaurants, pubs and supermarkets. The apartment is 10 minutes from Roscommon town and is close to golf courses and many other amenities. You can hire boats/kayaks and and the apartment has a mooring for a boat.

Warren Lodge is a beautiful spacious detached house in the village of Newtownforbes! Walking distance to all the amenities yet set in a quiet peaceful location. Conveniently located 200 yards from the N4 road (Dublin-Sligo) and 5 mins from the N5 (West). Ideal base in the centre of Ireland for exploring the Midlands. Center Parcs is a 20 minute drive. Ground floor, king bedroom ensuite. Our comfortable 3 bed, 3 bathroom home is just a 10 min drive from Longford town.

Positioned just a stone throw from Roscommon Castle and just a 5 minute walk into vibrant town centre. It is also less than a 5 minute drive to the train station. Roscommon Community Hospital is directly opposite the property. Toys and swings are available for children to play with and a sheltered shed with a climbing wall in case of rain.
