You have sole use of the whole field with al fresco dining area,barbecue, swings,table tennis and its own hens!

One Super king converts to a twin room on request. It has a loft style feel with its vaulted ceilings. 2 ensuite high spec bathrooms with Heat Recovery Ventilation. Ideal base for short winter/summer weekend breaks or holidays with beach 20 min away or Dartmoor 5 mins. Pubs, eateries, shops and wine bar a hopping distance away.

North Barn is an 18th century stone building, bursting with character, set on the banks of the River Dart. Originally a corn collection point, North Barn has been renovated to a beautiful, romantic ‘one-room-living’ self-catering space. The patio doors open up on to a large deck area overlooking the river from an elevated height thus giving you great views across the River Dart.

This spacious one bedroom barn overlooks the courtyard and features a four-poster bed private bathroom with separate shower and soaking tub for 2. A fully equipped kitchen plus washer/ drier. The property sleeps 2 persons as standard and our pricing is based on 2 guests. There is a sofa bed available in the property which can sleep 2 additional guests, ideal for kids or friendly adults.
