When you are not chilling in the hot tub, you can enjoy the tranquillity of the indoor space, which has a wonderful, relaxing feel-good atmosphere. We are just 30 minutes to the Lake District and 2 miles to M6,which offers great access to explore the N.W. We allow 2 well-behaved small/medium dogs.

'Waterside Studio' is a well appointed apartment in an annexe to the main house, but with private access. It is situated in a quiet part of a unique village, which has a sea dock, adjacent to the Lune Estuary and canal basin on a branch arm of the Lancaster Canal. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers and anyone who likes all aspects of wildlife, boating and the sea. We are 5 m. south of the historically important University town of Lancaster. The village has a pub, village store and cafes.

We are dog friendly. Our 250 year old cottage features modern rustic decor, u/f heating, log burner, super-fast internet, Smart TV, Sonos sound system and a complimentary podPoint 7kw EV charger. There are many wonderful walks and bike rides available from the front door. Stays start Mondays or Fridays.

We are opposite the main village where the restaurant, gym and pool are located. The Yealands is a quieter site, perfect for relaxing after a long day visiting the many local attractions. The Luxury Loft is situated within the West Wing of the Stunning and Imposing Claughton Hall. We hope to provide guests with a comfortable yet memorable home from home experience. The Loft offers spectacular views over the Lune Valley from an elevated hilltop position. Take it easy at this unique, tranquil and luxurious getaway. The Fenwick Arms gastro pub is situated a short 12minute walk away at the bottom of the homes private driveway.

Built in 1827, this architectural gem, is nestled within 12 acres of private grounds featuring diverse woodland, gardens and an ornamental lake and bridge, just a few minutes drive from Windermere's shore, Cartmel’s world renown restaurants and the southern lakeland fells. The holiday let is situated in the west wing of the house with it’s own private garden, driveway, parking and entrance.
