Characterful town house on Elm Hill

Situated on Norwich's historic Elm Hill, this luxurious townhouse offers the perfect blend of comfort, contemporary design and character. Its quirky interior reflects its 500 year old life as a weavers house, now updated for modern city living. It backs onto a park and river walks. Dogs are welcome! There are two double bedrooms and a sofa-bed is available upon request. We are sorry but the staircases and uneven floors make it unsuitable for young children or those with limited mobility.

The Hive amongst the Piggies

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. It can accommodate two people privately or up to four people if you are happy to share, the second bed is a futon in the living/kitchen area, when in use space around it is limited. A cabin in its own private space, surrounded by the sounds of the countryside. Only 1/2 mile outside the village of Buxton. You will be visited by our free range guinea-pigs throughout your stay. There are USB points in the bedroom and sockets in the living area.

Delightful converted cattle barn with vaulted ceilings in living room and downstairs bedroom with King size bed. On the first floor is 2nd bedroom with Super Kingsize bed, converted into 2 singles on request, plus family bathroom. Welcome basket of logs provided for wood burner, extra logs for sale at the local store. Small private patio (not gated). This property is situated in the small hamlet of Lammas, with Norwich 30 minutes away. Hall farmhouse adjacent is also available to rent sleeps 8.

The garden has a seating area & Large Gas BBQ for alfresco dining. Overlooking stunning farmland with walks, direct from your stable door. Riverside pubs & village amenities within a mile. In The Broads National Park, close to the North Norfolk Coast, ideal for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers & anyone wanting peace.

The Annexe at Ringsfield

We would love to welcome you to come and rest in this calm, clean and well-presented home. The Annexe at Ringsfield is a detached single storey dwelling set in the one-acre grounds of our home in the popular market town of Aylsham. We are ideally located for trips to the North Norfolk Coast, the Broads or the medieval city of Norwich. Closer to home is the National Trust property Blickling Hall, the Bure Valley steam Railway and miles of footpaths through the beautiful Norfolk countryside.

Garden Cottage sleeps two people, and has been lovingly renovated and finished into a self contained, private and beautifully presented private cottage nestled in the garden of Emily and Aaron’s home. Located in a residential area of the Georgian town of North Walsham, the cottage is ideally situated for accessing the vibrant city of Norwich, the beauty of the Norfolk Broads and the breathtaking North Norfolk coast line. Only a 3 minute walk to the train station, and good amenities close by.

The Gables Cottage is a lovely place to have a little break and explore Norfolk’s beautiful countryside. Our cottage has recently been renovated and refreshed. There is a new super king Relyon bed and mattress, new shower, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge. Our location is very convenient being quite close to Norwich, broads and the stunning seaside. You could enjoy its cosy front garden or have breakfast on the patio at the back of the property. Onsite parking is available.

The Cosy Cart Shed

The Cosy Cart Shed is a perfect retreat for couples or friends looking for relaxation in the Norfolk countryside. Located in the village of Buxton, in an off-road setting on a picturesque working farm. The Cart Shed is situated close to the wedding venues of Hautbois Hall and Oxnead Hall (which has a direct walking route from the guesthouse). Buxton village is located on the River Bure, perfect for fishing, canoeing, paddle boarding, dog walking and watching the local wildlife.

Jasmine Cottage, Buxton Norfolk, Sleeps 4

Set in the beautiful village of Buxton in the heart of Norfolk. Jasmine Cottage is the perfect peaceful getaway. This holiday retreat is fully equipped with everything you will need to make your stay a memorable one and can accommodate up to 4 people in two bedrooms. Jasmine cottage was built in 1828 and when you go through the doors you go back in time. A large brick fireplace with wood burner, for cosy night in, low wooden doors so mined your head and white washed walls.

One bed cottage in Aylsham, Norfolk

A perfect setting for couples in the heart of the Norfolk countryside on the outskirts of the historic Aylsham market town. 1 dog welcome, but not to be left alone in the property The Dairy forms part of Spratt's Green Farm and was completely renovated over 1.5 years, finished in July 2022. The property dates from the 1800s and whilst it now has all the nice bits you would expect, we have retained original features like exposed beams, old bread maker and copper boiler.
