Ήταν η κατοικία του Άρχοντα της περιοχής. Είναι το πρώτο στην σειρά πλήρως ανεξάρτητο οίκημα σε ένα ανακαινισμένο συγκρότημα τριών κατοικιών της Villa Callista , του Rasalu house και του Neradu house και περιβάλλεται από έναν αιωνόβιο ελαιώνα. Ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως με στόχο να παραμείνει όπως ήταν πριν από 200 χρόνια.

This property is a studio that includes a double bed and a bathroom with shower enclosure. The studio includes a wonderful setting of fully equipped kitchen and a living room all in one spacious environment. The windows face the garden and the amazing view of Lakka bay. Outside we have a nice terrace with amazing views of the bay and a private jacuzzi. You can use the shared pool and the shared sitting and dining areas with exceptional views.

The walk to the beach is a 5 minute stroll, as you can see from the pictures.

The studio is located in the village of Lakka in the northern part of Paxos Island. Lakka is a small picturesque port 2 mins away. There are also two wonderful beaches about 5 mins on foot. In 2-3 mins on foot you can find taverns, cafes, tourist shops, super / mini market, ATM etc. Guests will need to climb about 25 steps to reach the apartment. For this reason it is not recommended for people with mobility issues.
