This provides a special view of the lake that is as beautiful in the morning as the evening. Our yard is fenced with gates as we are pet and kid friendly. The exterior was updated in the past two years and the interior has just completed a full remodel....it is very fresh, open, and welcoming. The lake side has two large glass doors that give a full view from anywhere

Located in a quiet neighborhood only 1.5 miles off I-77, the Loft is a private second floor guesthouse overlooking Lake Norman. You'll also have access to an outdoor balcony, kayaks, paddle boards, the lake, beach, fire pit, and gazebo.

Our secluded, lake front retreat has a variety of waterfowl, forest animals and stunning mile-long views of Lake Wylie. Your 450 Sq. Ft private cabin was built in 2023 and is nestled in the woods overlooking the river. Just minutes from the trendy small town of Belmont, w/ popular restaurants, pubs and boutiques. 5 min to Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens, 15 min to the National Whitewater Center, 30 min to uptown Charlotte. This warm and cozy cottage has been freshly remodeled while maintaining its charming character with exposed rock walls in the open floor plan living areas. This quaint area is calling you to grab a book, open the doors to the patio and relax into your own little reading nook. This house offers three bedrooms upstairs located above the walkout basement living area with a full bath upstairs.
