The Pelly is under 15 minutes to: -SeaTac Airport -Tukwila Mall -Renton Landing -Lake Washington -Delicious local restaurants Renton is a suburb of Seattle. It takes 25-30 minutes to get downtown most times of day. Taking the Metro bus into Seattle is also effective and takes about 45 minutes.

This space was repurposed as a guest room in 2019 and includes a bathroom (with a very roomy shower) and a kitchenette (sink, small refrigerator/freezer, microwave, Keurig, toaster). Two matching twin beds can be made up as a king-sized bed. There is one additional twin (inflatable) bed if needed for a third person.
