A 170’ steel and concrete pedestrian bridge takes you from the main property to the private island. Everything from the appliances to the light switches are new in this home, top to bottom, ceiling to floor.

Cottage with small private beach for Kowaliga residents only a few blocks away (see photos). Main bedroom has queen bed & bunk room sleeps 4. Back deck has small table & seating w/ a 6 seater hot tub! Public boat docks & ramps on the lake (kayak & boat rentals available there). Minutes from famous Russell Crossroads (market, diner, horseback riding) yet still secluded! Dogs welcome for $75 pet fee per stay! I can’t accommodate cats due to allergy. Minimum $500 fine for parties or smoking.
