We are 12 min. from downtown Sumter and 20 min from Shaw AFB. Local points of interest are Swan Lake Iris Gardens and Poinsett State Park. It is only 2 hours to Myrtle Beach and Charleston, SC & 3 hrs to the mtns. While it is conveniently located, this cottage offers a quiet place to put your feet up and rest.

Boat ramp, boatslip, and restaurant only .3 miles away. Boatslip & ramp included. Remodled to a farmhouse feel, this 3 bedroom, 1 bath has 2 king beds & two singles. Two single beds share the same space as living room. Great retreat after a long day of fishing, or hanging out with family and friends. Be back fast to unwind by the firepit.

Your pets are welcome (max of 2, pls) but are not allowed on our beds. 🧺. King bed in master, 3 TV's (two 55” & one 32”), coffee bar with Keurig, strong WiFi. It is a convenient stop between I-77 and I-95 and has close proximity to Poinsett and Congaree Parks and The Palmetto Trail. It sits on top of a hill offering panoramic views, quiet, and privacy.
