1B/1BA cozy cabin with large deck space, fenced in yard, and incredible mountain views from all rooms, deck, and hot tub. Watch the sun go down while sitting in the hot tub or while grilling on the upper deck. Then retreat down to the fenced in yard and make smores while sitting around the fire pit. While Hurricane Helene shifted the landscape of our sweet village, we are seeing significant progress each day in the town's rebuild, shops and restaurants are now open. The cabin has no damage.

There is 2 wheel drive parking space available with a steep 1/2 mile hike to the cabin. If we are close by we could arrange a shuttle… Bring your own sheets, pillow cases and towels. Romantic cabin near a mountain lake and overlooking a private pond. Our cozy one-bedroom log cabin is built for couples and has a hot tub. For no extra cost we have horseshoes, and private fishing ponds. All set in a natural landscape with diverse flora and fauna. Hurricane Helene Update: Our cabins are in good shape. The construction at our lakefront to remove sediment from the lake from Hurricane Helene has finished and the lake is now deeper than ever and full pond!

Please Note: Lake Lure was impacted by Hurricane Helene in Sept 2024. While the area is rebuilding and many businesses are reopening, the lake remains closed. Our cottage continues to host peaceful, restorative stays, but some guests find limited activities.
