Our small above-garage guesthouse on the New York-Vermont border is a retreat from busy life. The open floor plan, airy apartment has windows on all sides & overlooks woods & meadow. The guesthouse is ideal for those looking to get away from electronics and the internet (note: no Wifi), and hike and bike the area’s trails, and/or paddle the Battenkill River and area lakes. Or just sit on the deck with a book and cup of tea or glass of wine. Pets are welcome (we do charge a small fee for pets)!

Hike, fish, swim nearby. Air conditioners on the main floor for the summer months. Our 9120 watt solar array powers our property. During the cold months enjoy the wood stove. All wheel drive a must in winter. We have a spacious deck by the shared pool, pergola, and a shady deck by the stream.

A simple and cozy (yes it's small!) retreat to recharge and escape the hub bub of everyday life. Dock use includes swimming area, kayaks, canoe and dock furniture. No dock space available for guest boats. Local country store & post office available. 1 hr from Albany. 45 mins from Saratoga, 15 mins from Lake George Village. Hiking & biking trails nearby.

Enjoy a cocktail while playing darts, ring toss and card games in the tiki hut. Bolton downtown shops, and restaurants are only a 2 min drive. Lake George village 20 min away.

We offer a historic, four bedroom farmhouse in a peaceful, rural setting surrounded by wetlands, forrest, and farms. This is a family and pet friendly property with a private entrance, full kitchen, living and dining areas, full and half bathrooms, access to our fenced backyard, and dedicated laundry facilities. By making arrangements ahead of your stay, you can use our 3 season barn; send us a message letting us know how and when you would like to use it.

Completed in 2013, the Guesthouse perfectly complements the 1871 Victorian home to which it is attached. Located on Main Street in historic Vergennes, Vermont, our home is one of several fine examples of the architecture of the 19th Century that grace our City. Our thriving downtown is a short walk away, boasting exceptional dining and shopping opportunities. Vergennes is a 20-minute drive away from Middlebury College, and 45 minutes from Burlington.

The Barn, situated behind our house, is located just a few minutes walk to the center of Manchester. It is a working studio setting with general living area on the main floor and a bedroom above in a loft. There is hot tub available to barn guest and a shared (with house) outdoor space. Very clean, very fun space with ample room, comfortable bedding. Perfect for two. (Note: Bedroom Loft is only accessible via a spiral staircase).

Located near Lake Bomoseen and Castleton University. This is a charming upstairs apartment in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Walking distance to boat rentals and to a local country store. This apartment provides you with a cozy stay - a bedroom with a queen size bed, sofa bed, and air mattress. There is Roku television, a heat pump for air conditioning or heat, Keurig coffee maker, and more. This is a non smoking unit.
