Excellent trout fishing, kayaking, tubing, biking, XC skiing, snow shoeing and hiking right out the back door. If you want to truly get away from the pink skies and road noise and want the "up north" experience but not stay at a crummy resort or noisy lake, this is the place for you.

The "Sunshine Cabin" enjoys ample natural sun year around from its lofty position up in the trees. The large picture window overlooking Big Lake provides a birds eye view (partial view) of both the canopy and lake. This 81’ deep lake has an island and home to many types of fish that's why we brought fishing/recreational kayaks for our guests. The boat launch access is just 1.6 miles from the sunshine cabin. The cabin is secluded on 1.45 acres of trees. The place has 18 stairs to the 2nd floor.

This is a 4 Bedroom 3 Bath. Located in beautiful East Jordan. East Jordan Tourist Park Public Beach access is 8/10th of a mile. Jordan River Nature trail is .2/10th of a mile away. Multiple Wedding venues are located close by. In the winter, we are near Boyne Mountain, Shanty Creek, and Schuss Mountain, with many more ski hills not far away. Snowmobile trails nearby will go all over Northern Michigan and even into the Upper Peninsula. Truly a year around recreation playground.
