Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und für den morgendlichen Kaffee lädt der Garten mit Sitzgelegenheiten, welcher direkt an den Wald grenzt ein. Auch von der großen Dusche aus, kann man manchmal ein Reh im Wald beobachten. Das Schlafzimmer ist durch eine Schiebetür von dem Wohn- und Esszimmer getrennt. Durch die große Fensterfront hat man einen schönen Ausblick Richtung Innenstadt.
