Ένα ευρύχωρο σπίτι με θόλο, που ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2022 και φιλοξενεί έως 4 άτομα. Έχει 1 WC και ξεχωριστό χώρο με ντουζιέρα-υδρομασάζ. Διαθέτει Wi-Fi και Smart TV με λογαριασμό Netflix, Amazon Prime. Το ξύλινο μπαλκόνι προσφέρει ωραία θέα στο χωριό και η αυλή στην καταπράσινη πλαγιά του βουνού. Parking κοντά στο σπίτι.

Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! Η μικρή μας μεζονέτα βρίσκεται στην αρχή του χωριού μετά την εκκλησία του Αγίου Νικολάου. Πρόκειται για ένα χώρο φτιαγμένο στο μεγαλύτερο μέρος του από ξύλο, που αυτό το καθιστά ζεστό τον χειμώνα και δροσερό το καλοκαίρι. Στο κάτω πάτωμα βρίσκεται η κουζίνα στην οποία θα μπορείτε να προετοιμάσετε τον καφέ και το τσάι σας(παρέχονται δωρεάν από το κατάλυμα). Στο πάνω πάτωμα βρίσκονται τα δύο δωμάτια, άνετα για να φιλοξενήσουν μία τετραμελή οικογένεια.

Θα χρειαστείτε αυτοκίνητο για εύκολη πρόσβαση.
