Gorgeous 210° view of the Sea of Cortez and the surrounding mountains. Heated salt water pool and palapa area are perfect for sunbathing, yoga, relaxing, etc. 5-10 minute walk to pristine beaches, restaurants, bars, farmer's market, shops, yoga studios, gyms, pickleball, veggie market & grocery stores.

Joyita del Sur (Jewel of the South) is a private casita just steps away from a gorgeous beach on the Sea of Cortez. Watch both the sunset and sunrise from the beach! Q bed with foam mattress and soft linens. A/C and ceiling fans in both bedroom and kitchen. Ample closet space with shelves/hangers. After kite surfing or fishing all day. Come home to a nice soak in the hot tub or dip in the pool. Outside shower to rinse off. Very peaceful and everything you need to enjoy your home away from home. You will need a car or ATV to go into town or ask me about the Uber 24/7. WE DO NOT HAVE A BBQ PIT.

It features 2 bedrooms with king size beds and 2 bathrooms. We have a full kitchen and TV's in every room. It's about a 2 min drive to the beach or 15min walk. There’s a pool/hot tub and a fire pit for the complex. The area of east cape Baja is known for crystal blue waters and Cabo Pulmo National Park is just 30 min by car.

Los Barriles and El Cardonal, both 20 minutes by road, have fine sand beaches, restaurants and stores.
