A master bedroom with King bed and ensuite bath, a second bedroom with Queen bed and a third bedroom with two twin beds awaits you. There is a second full hall bath. A fully equipped kitchen allows for quiet dinners at home. PJ's Gourmet Market and Animas Wine & Spirits are a short 5 min. drive, as is Dalton Golf Club. We are perfectly situated 10 miles from Durango and 15 miles from Purgatory Ski Resort.

Access to the beautiful Animas City River Trail is available thru a private gate behind the apartment. It's a fun 10-15-minute ride to downtown.
