Ξεκινήστε τη μέρα σας με έναν καφέ στο γραφικό μας μπαλκόνι, απολαμβάνοντας την νησιώτικη ατμόσφαιρα και σχεδιάζοντας τις εξορμήσεις σας. Με δυνατότητα φιλοξενίας έως και 4 ατόμων, το σπίτι μας είναι ιδανικό για οικογένειες ή φίλους που αναζητούν ξεκούραση και χαλάρωση μέσα στα όμορφα σοκάκια της Κύθνου.

Sofias House 4

Sofia's house is located in Merichas Kythnos island, on the center of the port, at the top of the mountain, with the best view. A modern house with private bathroom. You can get there only by 130 stairs. Full renovated the house in 2022 and put a new matrress on the bed at May of 2023. Αlso a pressurized water machine was installed in our complex at 2022 and with the pre-existing tank makes us independent from the island's water supply system. We always try to improve our house.

We are located on the east side of the island of Kythnos, between Kalo Livadi and Lefkes. Our lodging offers amazing views of the Aegean Sea as well as access to a beautiful secluded beach. The beach is only 80m away from the main house, and is a 5 minute descent of pathway and cement stairs. It is usually very peaceful, with only a handful of visitors resting under the two big trees, thus giving the impression of a private beach even in the heart of August.

O χώρος μας (kythnos view) βρίσκεται στο λιμάνι του Μέριχα της Κύθνου . Απέχει μόλις 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κεντρικό λιμάνι και η άφιξη στο σπίτι μας γίνεται ανεβαίνοντας 70 σκαλοπατια αλλά σας επιβραβεύει η υπεροχή θέα μας βλέποντας όλο το λιμάνι και το ηλιοβασίλεμα. Βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο και ταυτόχρονα διαθέτει την απόλυτη ησυχία για να έχετε ευχάριστες διακοπές και ξεκούραση.

Beachfront Studio in Leykes Kythnos

A traditional stone house literally built on the sand just a few meters from the seawater. You sleep and you wake up by the pure sound of soft waves and birds.Resting for one week in this house will make you feel like you have rested for a full month. Some guests say that the photos do not justify the place. It is a lot nicer being here in person.

Στούντιο 25τ.μ. με υπέροχη θέα στην θάλασσα,βρίσκεται 5 μέτρα από την παραλία,ικανό να φιλοξενήσει έως τέσσερα άτομα.Ενιαίος χώρος με ένα διπλό και ένα μονό κρεβάτι,μπάνιο με ντούζ,μικρή κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη.Μπροστά από το στούντιο βρίσκετε ένας επίπεδος προαύλιος χώρος 500μ με φυτά και δέντρα που προσφέρει στιγμές χαλάρωσης.

To Sunsetkiss Cycladicstudio είναι έναs ενιαίος χώρος - studio, ανεξάρτητο και βρίσκεται στον ένα όροφο της εξοχικής κατοικίας μας η οποία είναι στο λιμάνι του Μέριχα Kύθνου, αμφιθεατρικά & παραδοσιακά χτισμένη με κυκλαδίτικο ρυθμό, με εκπληκτική θέα τον παραδοσιακό οικισμό του Μέριχα και το ηλιοβασίλεμα του Αιγαίου.

Kythnos Blanc

Παραδοσιακό ισόγειο διαμέρισμα 65 τ.μ. με ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης και πολύ κοντά στα γραφικά σοκάκια της Χώρας (3 λεπτά περπάτημα). Η απόσταση του σπιτιού από το Λιμάνι είναι 7 χλμ. ενώ σε σύντομο χρόνο μπορείτε να βρεθείτε στις παραλίες των Λουτρών (4 χλμ.), της Απόκρουσης (4 χλμ.) και της Κολώνας (5 χλμ.)
