The second bedroom is annexed to the main bedroom and also has access from the lounge, so is suited as a kids room, or as a room for an individual adult as it has a single bed. Parking available if you wish to drive or a bus stop 8min walk that goes to train station, ( 15min ride) or a beautiful 30 min walk through the park to get to the Maruyama station. The house is located in a quiet natural setting, about 30 seconds from the shores of Lake Toya. It has a spacious living/dining room, two bedrooms, and a Japanese-style room that can accommodate up to 7 people. It is about a 10-minute drive from Toya Onsen Hot Spring Resort and Toya Station. There are no restaurants or stores around. Reservations are generally accepted up to six months in advance, but guests wishing to stay for one week or longer will be given priority.

Casi 67 East is a two-bedroom duplex apartment in Niseko. Located in Hirafu Village, it is close to the area’s best dining spots and can be rented together with its twin two-bedroom duplex apartment - Casi 67 West, for larger groups. Facilities include a kitchen, dry room, jacuzzi, underfloor heating and awesome summer and winter views. An on-call driver is available from 8am to 10:30am and from 2:30pm to 4:00pm to Annupuri, Hirafu and Hanazono.
