The house is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, just a couple of minutes walking from the pedesitran area and about 10-15 minutes from the beaches. Guests have access to two swimming pools. Room is located on the 1st floor, overlooking the pools. It has a private bathroom and terrace. There is no kitchen but there is a small fridge and water kettle.

Holiday house Evida has two floors. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 private bathrooms, toilet, living room and kitchen. The house is 1,5 km from beach "Špadići". On a 5 minute car drive from all supermarkets such as Lidl, Kaufland and Plodine. The holiday house "Evida" has a twin sister called "Holiday house Luca", 50 m away.
