Pets are welcome (¥2,000 per pet). The house is only 1 minute from Taisho Station, and you can walk to Kyocera Dome Osaka. Convenience stores, drugstores, and many restaurants are located nearby, making this a very convenient area. ■Check-in & Luggage You may store your luggage after 10:00 AM.

Welcome to our 136㎡ private Japanese home, just a 4-minute walk from Tengachaya Station. The house has two floors and comfortably holds up to 8 guests, making it a good fit for families or friends traveling together. We kept many of the original features of the machiya, including its traditional beams and columns, and added tatami rooms, a Japanese tea corner, and a private garden. but also a little taste of everyday Japanese living during your stay in Osaka.

Batonship Inn Osaka、通称BIOは、Batonship LLCが運営する再生建物の宿です。“キタの北ナガヤ”という、事務所、店舗、宿泊施設の13区画からなる複合施設にあります。 長屋は隣戸と壁を共有する棟続きのシンプルな建物で、それぞれの住戸が独立した玄関を持つ集合住宅の一種です。この日本の伝統的な住まいは地域の豊かなコミュニティや文化の形成に貢献してきましたが、老朽化等の理由で年々減少しています。 それでも近畿地方、特に大阪の下町にはまだ多くの長屋が残っています。 “キタの北ナガヤ”は、大阪長屋の再生活用の新たな手法です。耐震、断熱、防音と丁寧に改修し、1階は主に店舗、2階は主に宿泊施設に再編し、1階の一部を減築してイベントなどに使える共用庭を設け地域に愛される施設になりました。 BIOは6戸あります。いずれのBIOも出来るだけ建物の古い要素を残し、自然素材を用いて、それぞれ異なるデザインテーマで再生しました。6戸の中からお気に入りを見つけて、あなたらしい旅の拠点にして下さい。
