There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

Vi har en dejlig lejlighed i forbindelse med vores gård, tæt på Vejlby Fed strand. Den er på 60 m2 og har køkken-bad, soveværelse, tv-wifi, stue på 1. sal. Lejligheden er velegnet til et par med 1-2 mindre børn. Vildmarksbad kan benyttes mod et gebyr på 300 kr./40 euro. Sauna kan også benyttes mod et gebyr på 300 kr /40 euro.Benyttelse af både vildmarksbad og sauna koster 500 kr/ 65 euro. Der ønskes en lettere rengøring ved afrejse, alternativt kan I betale et rengøringsgebyr på 400 kr.

Cosy cottage in historic surroundings in lovely Southern Fyn. If you drive an EV you can charge your car by the house. The location is close to the sea and sandy beach - with a view of the forrest and fields belonging to the protected manor house Hagenskov. A perfect place to explore the local foods and nature of Fyn, Helnæs, Faaborg and Assens. Relax in front of the fireplace outside in the evening - and explore the nature on bikes or by foot in the daytime. We will be happy to guide you.

You'll take a hot bath in the woods, gaze into the fire pit, wake up to the sound of the birds, drink your coffee next to a deer - all while using high-speed WiFi for your favourite Netflix show in the cozy queen size bed. Marielund: A scenic farmhouse by the beach

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

Boligen har en central beliggenhed tæt på strøg, kultur, caféer og restauranter, hvilket gør det nemt at planlægge dit besøg. 2 store lyse soveværelser med dobbeltseng samt mindre værelse med enkelseng. Lækkert lyst køkken med god spiseplads som ligger i forbindelse med en hyggelig stue. Skøn have med stor træterrasse hvor der er sol det meste af dagen, stor spiseplads og loungeområde. Mulighed for gratis parkering tæt på boligen. Hovededøren har kode så der er adgang døgnet rundt.

Huset er en del af en større charmeren gård, som ligger centralt i Kolding. Under 1 km til stranden, 500m til skoven, 1 km til indkøb og knap 3 km til Kolding midtby. Huset har egen terrasse og have. 3 værelse, soveværelse og to børneværelser som også kan rummer to voksne. Ny renoveret i jan. 2023. Nem parkering i gårdspladsen. Stille og roligt område midt i et familie venligt villakvarter.

Unikt strandsommerhus med panoramaudsigt

Arkitekttegnet sommerhus fra 2019 direkte på stranden. Her findes ro og fred og en fantastisk udsigt over vandet hvor man kan følge med i naturens forandringer igennem dagen. I hoved huset er der et soveværelse, hems, køkken, stue og bad. Corvid-19. Af sikkerhedsmæssige grunde vil der før og efter hver besøgende blive rengjort og alle overflader desinficeret.
