Set in the small village of Braunston, The Annex overlooks the rolling hills and beautiful Rutland countryside. Ideal for couples, this one bedroomed apartment has a full kitchen, cooking facilities, an open plan living area and downstairs toilet. On the first floor, a large double bedroom with a king-size bed, an en-suite shower, and toilet, along with a set of french doors leading out to a small balcony. The apartment is self-contained with its own access and large south facing patio doors.

Gable Cottage is in the picturesque village of Braunston-in-Rutland. A unique two bedroom cottage annexe, with bath and shower. Unique rural retreat perched on a hill in open countryside with breathtaking views. The Retreat is a self-contained 3 bedroom home adjacent to our barn conversion in 13 acres. The barn was converted by ourselves over two levels - one ground floor and one underground (don't worry it is very light and airy on the lower floor!) The perfect place for a countryside getaway to totally relax and unwind. Great walking and cycling on your doorstep or just switch off, chill out and enjoy the space.

Our rustic-luxe eco shepherd’s hut is surrounded by nature and serenaded by birdsong, where in-the-know modish types come to unwind. It may be a hut but step through the French doors and the sheer style will blow you away: a rolltop copper bath…it’s all very special. The ultimate thing to do here is throw open the double doors, pop a bottle of fizz and climb into the bath tub or fire up the hot tub for an alfresco soak and star gaze around the fire fit.
