Gorge Yurt Getaway

Enjoy the tranquility of Nature and easy access to the fun of the Columbia River Gorge in our cozy, rustic yurt. Located in the hills outside Mosier, OR, we offer an alternative to camping: Glamping. If you are not excited to experience using an outside john and shower, keeping the wood stove stoked or living among the creatures of the forest, this may not be your style of adventure ;) Check in is 5pm, but open to flexible scheduling if possible. Come enjoy some fresh air and fun in the Gorge!

Twin Oaks is an updated doublewide home perched on a basalt knoll with 11 beautiful acres overlooking vineyards and the Columbia River. Views include river and gorge to the west and north. In springtime see waterfalls on the Washington cliffs. Located 8 miles east of Hood River, Twin Oaks is near Mosier on scenic Hwy 30. This is in the heart of the Columbia River Gorge, with nearby hiking, biking, watersports, boat ramp, & ski areas. Enjoy the numerous wineries and local microbrews in the area.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. A Relaxed shack is just that! Reboot your soul in this OFF GRID (no running water, or electricity) quiet retreat. Get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and breathe. Birds, deer, squirrels and the distant howling coyotes reminds you you’re in the woods and away from civilization. Cabin has a comfy queen sized bed, record player with records, power station, minimal cooking supplies, propane AND wood fire pit, and a Blackstone stove.

Located in the heart of Goldendale, our cottage is the perfect place to relax. Our family friendly home is 2 blocks to shopping and dining on Main St., close to the local coffee shop and grocery store, as well as many local attractions. The Goldendale Observatory, Presby Museum, Maryhill Museum and Vineyard, Stonehenge Memorial and St. John the Forerunner Monastery and Bakery are great places to explore and are about 15 minutes away. Our home is THE spot to stay while on your next adventure.

High Prairie Tiny

This rustic tiny house has french doors on both sides that open up to the woods, and to the pasture. Enjoy the fresh air and get cozy. Nearby to COR Cellars and Syncline, the Klickitat Trail along the Klickitat River is great for hiking and gravel biking, and of course - the Columbia for wind surfing and kite boarding. Wifi can be spotty. An additional tiny house is on the property. Approx. 100 ft away. Host lives on property. Caution: house has many levels. Be mindful when you enter!

High Prairie Hideaway

This studio apartment is ideal for a getaway to the Columbia River Gorge- hiking, biking, wine tasting, fishing the Columbia or Klickitat Rivers, hunting or extended stay for local contractors. Located on 35 acres in the rural community of High Prairie, the owners are part of the region's ranching tradition and sustainable farming practices. The property includes a walking trail, 8 hole frisbee golf, farm animals, farm fresh eggs, and ranch raised beef.

Charming and Eclectic Historic Red House

You are invited to stay in a Klickitat County landmark, listed on both the state and federal registers of historic places. The Red House built for the ‘Horse King of the Northwest’ Charles Newell and his wife Mary in 1890, is now a distinctive vacation rental. The Red House’s three stories are furnished with art, antique/vintage finds, colored glass windows, original ornamental trim, fresh linens and comfortable beds. The house is well equipped and designed for relaxing.

Kick back and relax in this quiet retreat! After a day of kiting, biking, hiking, fishing, skiing, shopping and wine tasting you'll be ready to relax, grill some dinner, and hang by the fire pit. My house is cozy and stylish and the perfect place to chill while enjoying your gorge vacation. Bonus: you can see the Lyle sandbar from the yard and walk to it when you're ready to get on the water! Just 15 minutes to White Salmon and Hood River, and 20 minutes to The Dalles.

Cabin 43 on the White Salmon River

Cabin 43 is a new home we built ourselves located right on the wild and scenic White Salmon river. We finished this project (June, 2020) and are excited to share this beautiful place with guests. It features a King bed in 1 room and 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom which can be pushed together to make a 2nd king bed. We live in a cluster of 8 other cabins down gravel road in a very serene forest setting with a large field out front and private river side walking trails.

Enjoy the starry sky on our spacious deck, or a slow savoring of Pinot from a nearby vineyard.
