The house is a 14-minute walk from Nagaoka Station. Up to 12 people can stay at one group per day. With free parking. Nagaoka City is located in the middle of Niigata and is suitable as a base for sightseeing and leisure in Niigata . There are supermarkets and restrants nearby, so you don't have to worry about eating and drinking, so it's perfect for those who don't have a car for a long stay! And, check-in/out is done by yourself, so you do not need to worry of being physically close to anyone. "Yuzawa Building" is open on 2019/2020 winter. It locates on east side of EchigoYuzawa station in a quiet street for only 4-minutes walk away. There is the public Onsen which is most likely used by locals and also, good Yakiniku shop and Soba within walking distance. Because the room is compact and cozy, it is the best choice for up to 4 people family or group. It has kitchen, bath, restroom, washstand are provided along with dining by 1 Western-room and 1 Japanese-room.

“Maison d’hotes KIRISI MIZU”, is a Irimoya style (traditional Japanese house, similar to Temple) that has been beautifully restored from traditional materials and passed down from my grate-grand parents generation. The entire house is done in a classic style as used to be, except for a newly built kitchen, toilet and bathroom that provide all the necessities of modern life.
