The Bungalow is a 550 sq. ft. Studio w/Private Entrance and No Shared Space. Small kitchenette (no oven) located 3 blocks North of Rose Hill elementary school with plenty of street parking and close to Microsoft Campus, Downtown Redmond and Downtown Kirkland all within 3 miles of our Rose Hill Kirkland neighborhood. Our air conditioned newly constructed Backyard Bungalow was finished in January 2016. NO PETS OR ANIMALS ALLOWED!!

Detached Kirkland Carriage House

Our converted detached garage has loft-like details like a metal ceiling, chalk paint and plywood walls. It is on Crestwoods park, the Forbes Creek stairs, the cross Kirkland corridor, and downtown Kirkland and downtown Juanita ( a little over a mile - long walk or short uber ride). The little house has a kitchenette with fridge, toaster oven, sink, and induction burner and pots and pans.
