The Little House Peaceful & self-contained

Located in the centre of the lovely village of Kilburn on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, the Little House is peaceful, cosy and self-contained, tucked away from the general hustle and bustle of the village with a safe garden for dogs and children. The Forresters Arms, serving local ales and meals, is a mere 20m across the square, it is best to reserve a table. The Mouseman Furniture Centre is just around the corner and the White Horse of Kilburn is a good walk up the hill.

Barn Owl Snug is tucked away in the pretty village of Boltby in the North York Moors National Park. The perfect space to recharge and have a relaxing break. The snug is self-contained. Downstairs is the living, dining and full kitchen area with a log burner for those cosy evenings. Set in 4 acres of gardens and woodland, guests can make the most of our peaceful location. Ideal for walkers, cyclists and those looking for a calming retreat.

Granary Lodge is situated on a quiet lane, yet less than two miles from Thirsk; a busy, attractive market town. It is spacious with a large lounge, kitchen, a double bedroom (ensuite bathroom) and a twin room. Also, a shower room with basin and toilet. Cosy cottage located in the North York Moors National Park with gorgeous big skies! A super base for exploring castles, abbeys, villages and the Heritage coast. Spoilt for choice in eateries from great local pubs to Michelin starred restaurants all with a 10 mile radius. Many guests comment on how peaceful and calm their stay has been. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families with children and pets (one, well behaved dog only).
