Our bedrooms are equipped with black out curtains to give everyone the perfect rest and also Smart TV’s throughout the house.

Welcome to The Caldwell, a Germantown/Highland area home that includes three bedrooms, one and half bathrooms and sleeps up to five people. The home is within walking distance of several restaurants, bars, retail and vintage stores, and entertainment venues including the Germantown Gables, Logan Street Market and Old Forester’s Paristown Hall. The home features a covered deck, a fenced-in yard as well as home gym.

Also space equipped w/ Medify air purifier w/H13 true Hepa medical grade filter.

Homemade Pie and Ice Cream Kitchen, Oishi Sushi, and several other bars and restaurants are just steps away.

Ideal, quiet place in the highlands. You have the apartment over the garage. You'll have a place all to yourself with most the amenities of your own home. Studio apartment with a balcony if you decide to hang out and relax for the evening. There is a cook top, but no oven in the kitchen. Park in the driveway in front of the garage. Pets are welcome, plz add them when booking.
