Sleeping up to 5 adults in 3 bedrooms this cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay, underfloor heating, log burner. Patio looking over the fields and a garden shed for bike storage. Bathroom upstairs and a downstairs loo. There is a pub serving food in the village and a farm shop and cafe at Sledmere house which is a 5 min walk away.

Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point (Additional charge) and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. It lies in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Chris) live in the Old Forge with my husband & usually greet you upon arrival.

Ideal for families with main bedroom with super king bed, another room with 2 single beds sharing family bathroom, walk in shower. Downstairs is a double room with adjacent shower room. Situated in the village just off the road overlooking our family farm. Dogs are welcome - just let us know. Opportunity to visit the horses by arrangement including mares & foals in the summer.

Spend your days walking on the beach or moors and wolds, then enjoy a drink at our village pub, then back to the cottage to sit by the log burner.
