Im Wallfahrtsort Ginderich, finden Sie uns im Ortsteil Werrich. Hier ist es schön ruhig und ländlich. Der Name verrät, Sie haben einen Weitblick auf Felder, Wiesen und auf die Rheinbrücke Wesel. Op ruim 1000m2 aan rust en natuur voor uzelf, bevindt zich Fifty Four. Een luxe bungalow aan de rand van het prachtige Bergerbos. In nog geen 500 meter loopt u het natuurrijke Nationaal Park de Maasduinen in, waar u kunt genieten van de heide, vennetjes en poelen, de uitkijktoren en de vele wandelroutes die het te bieden heeft. In dem Ferienhaus mit 85 m², das stufenlos erreichbar ist, befindet sich im Erdgeschoss ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (1,80m x 2,00 m), das geräumige Bad mit Badewanne (auch zum Duschen), eine voll eingerichtete Küche mit Essplatz, sowie ein Wintergarten. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit einem Bett (90cm x 200 cm) und TV. Ebenso das Wohnzimmer mit einer Schlafcouch (1,40m x 2,10 m), einer weiteren Couch und einem TV. Eigener Garten mit überdachter Terrasse und Wiese.

Die reizvolle niederrheinische Umgebung lädt zu wunderschönen Radtouren, Wanderungen und Ausflügen auch ins benachbarte Holland ein. Kultur und Geschichte erleben, Natur genießen oder im Garten entspannen ... Grillmöglichkeit, Sauna und ein Holzbrotbackofen stehen unseren Urlaubern nach Absprache zur Verfügung.

Gemütliche Wohnung

Die 115 Quadratmeter große Wohnung in Tönisberg, hat einen eigenen Eingang mit 2 Parkplätzen. Zu fuß ist ein Netto erreichbar und man ist schnell auf der Autobahn. Auf dem Balkon, mit Stühlen und kleinem Tisch, kann man Abends super entspannen während man den Sonnenuntergang genießt. Die Wohnung ist Hundefreundlich, mit dem man auf Feldern gut spazieren gehen kann. Sie verfügt über zwei Einzel, ein Doppelbett und eine Ausziehcouch im Wohnzimmer. Man kann TV gucken oder auch Dart spielen.

The garden house has 40 m2 surface, with 2 x 1 pp 90x200 beds and scaffolding sofa bed 120x200, a pellet stove, air conditioning, kitchen with built-in oven, induction and refrigerator. A sliding glass door to the Koi pond. A double garden door to a large covered terrace. Outdoor shower and free WiFi and Netflix.

Er is veel privacy , met eigen faciliteiten en een groot terras. De moderne inrichting geeft een luxueus gevoel.

The house, built in 1971, has just been completely renovated and newly furnished. Every guest – big or small – will quickly feel at home. The spacious living and dining room area overlooks a large, secluded garden. Everything is light and friendly. On the large terrace you can have a leisurely breakfast, barbecue or simply sunbathe. All rooms are tastefully furnished and offer a pleasant level of comfort.

Our trailer, based on a shipping container, was designed to offer accommodation services, keeping it completely mobile - while surrounded by nature and animals while being located just some minutes away from the city. Our place is located in the middle of the Neanderthal trail. A recollection of 240 kms of hiking and biking trails leaving from our house or by short driving distance.
