There is a well designed hand built kitchen & bathroom, all with underfloor heating. Climb the stairs & sleep under the eaves in a comfy king size bed & luxury linen. Across the lawn there is our Little Barn which is often booked together so that couples can enjoy separate accommodation. There is Wifi but can not be guaranteed due to rural setting.

Basils Barn is located in the heart of North Elmham, behind the popular Elmham Tea Post Cafe. This recently renovated property gives travellers an excellent base from which to explore beautiful Norfolk. The Barn itself comprises of one main living area with bedroom, living room, kitchen, and an en suite shower room. Norwich City is 30 mins away. There are lots of great pubs in Norfolk. I always leave here feeling relaxed and refreshed.
