You will be about 15 minutes from the beaches (This includes…St Pete Beach, Treasure Island Beach, and Madeira Beach) as well as downtown St. Petersburg and only 5 minutes away from Tyrone mall, which has many different restaurants and stores. In addition, there is a park, within walking distance, that has a large playground, splash pad, and sports courts.
