We are 15 minutes from Whiteface Mountain, an Olympic Ski Resort and 15 minutes from Lake Placid.

This is a unique rustic cabin on a private dirt road nestled on a mountain brook in the forest adjoining the Giant Mountain Wilderness Area. This small (200 sq ft + 80 sq ft sleeping loft), Adirondack style cabin was completely refurbished this past year using locally sourced woods and built by hand. Located two miles from downtown Keene Valley, and at 1800 feet, this is an ideal place for those who prefer the quiet forest, the peaceful sound of a mountain brook, and possibily seeing animals.

This cozy studio style cottage sleeps 2 guests. It has a queen bed and a full bath w/ shower. Two Stressless leather reclining chairs with ottoman’s & side table for your comfort. Bali cellular room darkening shades on windows. There is a washing machine & outdoor clothes line for drying. *Detergent is NOT provided* We are dog friendly --NO additional fee. (NO CATS ALLOWED). Propane gas grill w/utensils. Propane is provided. TV Steaming provided (Hulu live, Prime, Netflix and Apple TV).

The Chalet is located approx. 4.5hrs from NYC by car and is the perfect place to: escape the city, rekindle a romance, ski/ride Whiteface Mountain, hike, fish and so much more!

Asian + ADK + Industrial designed studio for TWO. Great for hikers / outdoor enthusiasts. Or just resting! Minutes to major trailheads, mountain bike trails, and a short walk to beachfront of the Ausable River and downtown Keene. Nestled in a pine forest with private walking trails / fruit orchard. Dark sky viewing of Milky Way (85% viewable!) directly above the property. We cannot accommodate infants, children, pets or parties. Smoke free (of any kind!) property. Sorry - no exceptions.

Fountains Cabin

This basic cabin is centrally located on Rt 73 close to climbing cliffs and trailheads. With a private setting in the woods it offers a great base for your Adirondack adventures. Please note that this accommodation will be a „GLAMPING“ experience. The cabin HAS NO SHOWER and a limited supply of 5 gallons of water. It is not impervious to the outdoors. Although the cabin is regularly cleaned thoroughly there will be the occasional bug or spider crawling along minding its own business.

Cozy Mountain Chalet in Jay, NY on beautiful Glen Road. Only .7 miles to the Jay Covered Bridge, 3 miles to the Jay Mountain summit trail head, 7 miles to Whiteface Mountain, and 16 miles to Lake Placid. Keene and Keene Valley trail heads are only minutes away. The cabin has 3 acres of wooded property with a front driveway as well as a back access drivweway which is nice to walk. There is Satellite TV and wifi. There is good cell coverage. World Class Fishing, Ausable Rivers are close

The cabin is cozy in the winter with wifi, a fully equipped kitchen and modern amenities. You will enjoy the entire property to yourself in a truly serene setting.
