Cosy loft studio with bathroom, completely private and separate from our family home, with own entry. Gorgeous mountain views. Milky Way stargazing. Quiet neighbourhood. Please note, there is no kitchen, just a microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge / freezer. It also has a tv with Netflix and a selection of films. Easy access to golf, walking, skiing, Queenstown & Frankton. Please review our location on the map before you book. There is a regular bus but it works best to have a car.

We offer a double-glazed private room with own access, shower, bathroom, microwave, stoves suitable to cook breakfast/light meals, fridge, toaster and kettle. It is a small unit but select and it is not part of the main house which guarantees ultimate privacy for you. Great to explore the local tracks (private access to reserve/track), 5 mins walk to Kawarau Falls. Close to the shops, cafes, restaurants and public transport. Golf course, pool, airport and rental car hire in walking distance.

Our private studio apartment has everything you need for a relaxing get away. It has its own separate entrance and is private, we do live upstairs, so we are here if you need anything, but respect your privacy. We have a cardeck to park on, instructions will be with your check in details for parking. This is a home, not hotel so we hope you enjoy 😀

A sun filled one-bedroom, bathroom , kitchenette studio with king size bed attached to our new home with stunning views of the Remarkables. A 10-min drive from Frankton shops and the airport, and a 5min walk to The Farmhouse café and shop. The suite includes a dining table, sofa and a kitchenette with a fridge/freezer, microwave, jug and toaster. NO oven or cook top. The bathroom includes underfloor heating and hair dryer. The suite has its own private entrance with key in a lockbox.

This contemporary self contained one bedroom accommodation is perfect for you alone or a couples getaway with full PRIVACY. Warm, fully equipped functioning kitchen, stunning views of the Remarkables and just a few minutes drive to amenities while only a 15-20 minute drive to downtown Queenstown. Spectacular sunset views over the lake. Top cafes and restaurants nearby. Five min drive into Arrowtown and base of Coronet Peak in 10 min. Close to all ski fields. Avoid the traffic. Peaceful and quiet location. Friendly and helpful hosts who live upstairs. Simply perfect!!

Our home is located in beautiful Arrowtown, with the Arrow River reserve (great for biking and walks, or a refreshing dip) just over the road, and the Arrowtown Golf course very close by. Walking into the village is a pleasant 20 minute stroll (for the average person) or slightly longer if you walk along the river. We built our home ourselves in 2007. It is modern but classic and decorated with contemporary colours and warmth. We would love you to come and stay.
