Von dieser Unterkunft aus ist man in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Haus am See mit Sauna

Das Haus am See gehört meiner Frau und mir. Mein Sohn und seine Frau koordinieren für uns die Vermietung (Co-Hosts). Die untere Wohnung im Haus ist vermietet, die obere nutzen wir gelegentlich. Wir würden uns freuen, Euch als Gäste in der oberen Wohnung zu begrüßen. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert, 100 qm2 groß, bietet viel Platz, Licht und einen Ausblick über den See und in die Berge – großartig, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Wohn-/Esszimmer, Balkon, Küche, Bad, 2 Schlafzimmer & eine Sauna.

„Klein aber fein“ - das trifft perfekt auf unsere neue 32 qm große Ferienwohnung zu. In der Wohnung fehlt es dir an nichts. Du kannst dich zurücklehnen & entspannen. Das Apartment verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einen Esstisch mit Stühlen, sowie ein Doppelbett. Ein Beistellbett für ein Kind hat durchaus Platz. Das separate Bad verfügt über eine ebenerdige Dusche, ein Waschbecken sowie eine Toilette. Solltest du eine Waschmaschine benötigen, halte gerne Rücksprache mit uns.

Unser Dornröschen - Ferienwohnung im Allgäu

Diese umfassend renovierte Wohnung befindet sich in einem großartigen Zustand und erstreckt sich auf dem Hochparterre eines in den 1930ern erbauten Bauernhauses, welches mit viel Liebe zum Detail wieder auf Vordermann gebracht wurde. Die ganze Wohnung mit ihrer individuellen Atmosphäre steht zur vollen Verfügung. Hier kann man mal ungestört durchatmen! Das Bauernhaus befindet sich nahezu in Alleinlage (ein direkter Nachbar), umgeben von Wiesen und Wäldern im schönen Ostallgäu.

Der Bahnhof und Busbahnhof sowie Taxis sind in vier Minuten bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen.
