Based on the small island of Kalamos, built out of stone with wooden floors, the house is bright and has amazing views to the Ionian Sea. It has two separate rooms on the top floor, while the kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor. The kitchen is spacious with an additional bed therein. Internet is fast & reliable (Starlink). Fresh water is provided all year around from the natural spring up in the mountain. The house is surrounded by olive trees and is perfect for couples and families.

Tο διαμέρισμα Vivis House βρίσκεται ανατολικά του νησιού σε ένα μικρό και όμορφο ορεινό χωριό, το Κατωχώρι. Το σπίτι είναι 65 τ.μ με ένα δωμάτιο, μεγάλο σαλόνι- κουζίνα και μπάνιο. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει από 2 έως 5 άτομα, έτσι είναι ιδανικό για οικογένειες αλλά και ζευγάρια. Διαθέτει κλιματισμό, TV, WiFi, εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα καθώς επίσης πετσέτες, σεντόνια, κουβέρτες και μαξιλάρια. Στον εξωτερικό χώρο διαθέτει μεγάλη άυλη με τραπεζαρία και μπαρμπέρικου. Ο οικισμός απέχει μόλις δέκα λεπτά από το πολυσύχναστο Νυδρί, είκοσι λεπτά από τους παραλιακούς οικισμούς Σύβοτα, Βασιλική και μισή περίπου ώρα από τη πόλη της Λευκάδας. Το κατάλυμα είναι ιδανικό γι' αυτούς που επιζητούν ήσυχες διακοπές σ' ένα αυθεντικά παραδοσιακό τοπίο, ενώ ταυτόχρονα παρέχει τη δυνατότητα εύκολης πρόσβασης στις φημισμένες παραλίες.
