The whole property is available exclusively to our guests and they have complete privacy.

Hi. Here is few information about my new built home, location, neighbourhood.. All what can you see at photos is also in real. So house is not on the sea, there is no sea view, only view is on neighbourhood or to the hill nort of our place. Yes, you have neighbours there( only from south, SW side). Supermarket is 5 minutes far by foot, beach is 9 minutes far by foot. There is promenade along the coast true the all place( there is a lot of restaurant, caffe bars..)

Villa Miško smještena je uz prekrasnu pješčanu plažu punu brojnih sadržaja (Cable park Split, restorani, caffe barovi, rent a car, taksi brodovi i sl. Kuća se nalazi na samo kilometar od aerodroma ali buka je minimalna jer avioni ne prelijeću područje. Sa istočne strane vrt je ograđen visokim ozelenjenim zidom, a sa zapadne se pruža pogled na pošumljenu zonu. Bilo da želite potpunu privatnost ili ludi provod, villa Mishko je na idealnoj lokaciji. Villa is located in peaceful and quiet area of Kastel Štafilić only 100m from the sea and 5min walk to the center of city. Villa is arranged over three floors: ground floor, first floor and second floor with terrace on the top.
