Only 5 minutes from town and the beach, this house can offer a quiet vacation in a secluded private estate surrounded by gardens, fruit trees and views of the valley. It can easily accommodate two families or three couples as it comes with 3 private bedrooms, 3 bathrooms on 3 separate floors. The house is located very centraly in Neo Karlovasi, a couple of minutes walk from the central square. It is in a very nice, picturesque, colourful and traditional neighborhood of the town. It is halfway uphill providing with stunning views over Karlovasi from the small yard that is just outside the house. The yard is accessible to the guests, with all the accessories (bbq, table, chairs etc). Enjoy magnificent sunsets from the yard or the front window of the house
