Apartman se nalazi u lijepoj i čistoj prirodi.Nedaleko protječe bistra i pitka rijeka Cetina(150m).Ima pogled na planine.Ispred se nalazi veliki bazen sa ležaljkama(dostupan od 1.lipnja do 20. rujna) i voćnjak pun raznog sezonskog voća .Kuhinja je opremljena frižiderom,pećnicom ,perilicom ,kuhalom za vodu i priborom za kuhanje .Kupaonica ima kadu i tuš kadu,dostupno je i glačalo kao i ručnici.Sobe su prostrane ,mogu primiti pet gostiju.Apartman je klimatiziran i ima novi namještaj .

Welcome to our brand new villa X, which is located on a top of quiet hill that is overlooking nearby town of Split, sea and islands. Villa consist of 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with 2 single beds, 4 bathrooms and amazingly big kitchen where you can prepare any meal of your dreams :) We our mostly proud on our terrace with heated pool that is overlooking sea, islands, nearby towns and villages and biggest town in Dalmatia - Split. This exclusive terraced house Malo Misto in Ruskamen, Lokva Rogoznica offers a perfect destination for families and friends, with three large bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a sunlit living room with a sea and pool view, 2 balconies with trampoline, a spacious terrace with a private pool, sunbeds, coffe table, chairs and sun umbrella, and a barbeque on the ground floor. Local beach bar located right at the beach Ruskamen as well as grocery store just a minute walk from the apartment.

Villa Iva is a private holiday home located in a peaceful rural setting in Trilj. The property consists of two fully equipped apartments on the second floor, rented together to one group only, ensuring privacy and exclusive use of the pool and guest facilities. There is one additional apartment on the first floor with a separate entrance used by the owners. Access to the upper floor is via a shared staircase. The owners do not use the pool or any guest facilities.

This renovated authentic house with a heated pool is a part of old at the bottom of a hill above Jesenice on the Omis riviera. From here, there is an unforgettable view on the sea and islands. The holiday home comprises kitchen and living part with a bathroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms with one more bathroom in the attic where the lowest ceiling height is ca. 120 cm.
