Una cabaña de playa soleada y aislada con vistas a la laguna de Waimanu y a la cordillera Tarurua en el interior. Un corto paseo te llevará a la larga playa de arena de Waikanae, al estuario del río, a las pistas para bicicletas y a los paseos por el río. El alojamiento incluye una habitación doble en la planta baja junto al baño, un dormitorio queen en el entresuelo y otra sala de estar con un sofá cama futón. Los baches son una parte icónica de la historia y la cultura de Nueva Zelanda, especialmente a mediados del siglo XX, donde simbolizaban el estilo de vida de vacaciones en la playa que se estaba volviendo más accesible.

Relax with the calm surrounding sound of nature, river and native birdsong. Our eco cottage "The Snug" has been created with recycled materials, giving it a unique character. Some features The Snug included are a composting toilet, a small wood burner for warmth, and it overlooks a medicinal herb garden and some friendly animals see photos.

An ideal spot to do all your water sports, tramp or hunt in the nearby hills & to visit the famous birth sanctuary that is Kapiti Island. Johns Hut is located in our private manuka and forestry block. It is an idyllic spot with hundreds of acres to explore and with only native birds to join you. There is hot water for you to enjoy for outdoor showers and baths but no electricity and no phone reception, so you can truly relax and unwind. There is a large outdoor fire, self contained kitchen and plenty of beds - all beautifully restored in their rustic form. We would love to host you in our spot of heaven!

Ride, roam relax at our mountain bike park. Maximum peace and quiet on top of a hill with nothing but views. Once you have finished relaxing you can go for a mountain bike ride and choose from 20 tracks. Cold? No problem, the fire will be set up ready to light upon arrival. Cheese board and wine supplied when you arrive and a breakfast basket of locally sourced/ NZ made produce all included in your stay. Don't forget your togs for the hot tub with an incredible view.
