The current pricing is for the almost 800 sq/ft. apartment only. Most of our quest can not believe how big it is. They always say it is bigger than the pictures show it to be. There is a full kitchen with everything needed for cooking and full size washer and dryer. This is our second cabin built by hand. It has a kitchen with a stove, mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot. It also has basic cooking necessities. The cabin has a full size bed. The restroom has a sink and stand up shower. We will provide towels and linens. Despite the listing saying 2 beds, it is in fact, 1 double bed. Sorry for the listing mistake. We allow pets, but ask for prior knowledge. We are just minutes from 2 separate trailheads to the Appalachian Trail.
