Located on beautiful Damariscotta Lake, "Loon Lodge" is a rustic cabin from another era. Fall asleep to the sound of crickets and frogs and wake every morning to the call of the lake's many loons. The cabin is 30 minutes from Augusta and 15 minutes from Damariscotta. Hiking enthusiasts will enjoy climbing the Camden Hills-a quick 45 minute drive from the lake. You’ll love my place because of the views, the ambiance, the people, and the location. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers.

A rustic traditional Maine cottage on Damariscotta Lake, this seasonal rental features a private shorefront area with a deck, a jetty (shared with neighbors) for swimming and boat access, and a private dock with canoes and paddleboat. The cottage offers a cozy retreat on a beautiful lake, with the many attractions of midcoast Maine only a short drive away. There is a three-day minimum stay. We cannot accept third-party bookings. The person making the reservation must stay at the cottage.

This lovely apartment is above our garage. You can come and go as you please. We have created a place for peace and solitude. Sit on the deck or look out the dining room window and see the woods and wait for the birds and wildlife that may be wonder through the yard. There is coffee and tea available, along with basic breakfast supplies, if you wish. Keyless entry allows for you to come anytime after check-in. Please note, you have to be comfortable with stairs to access the apartment.

Explore the Sheepscot River, eat locally at Swallowtail Farm and Sheepscot General, treasure hunt at Elmer's Barn, and enjoy the quiet.

One of 4 lakefront cabins, large screened-in porch, kitchen/living room, 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6 guests, claw foot tub in bathroom, large outdoor common shower. Guests bring their own linen and towels (can be rented for $10.00 per person). Wood stoves for cool evenings. Swim, kayak, canoe, row boat; fire pit for evening fires and roasting marshmallows. Minimum stay is 2 nights off season; however, if you see openings between bookings of less than 2 night(s) you may send in a request.
