Welcome to Littleton! Our beautiful neighborhood is friendly and quiet with easy access to amenities and highways. Enjoy the comforts of home without missing any of the excitement of Denver and the Rocky Mountains. We recently renovated our guest suite and hope that you love it as much as we do. The suite is essentially an apartment with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchenette, dining, laundry, & spacious living space. It's perfect for families, groups, or couples to enjoy a Rocky Mountain getaway.

Our 560 sq ft suite offers guests the finest in amenities as well as privacy usually found in private home listings. Guests are often awestruck by our views and our location is simply ideal. Less than 15 min to Red Rocks and Golden and only 20 min to downtown Denver. If you're craving to get out of Dodge for a few days, this is where you want to be. Besides your own private bedroom, lounge, and bath, you'll also have access to amenities that include a hot tub and outdoor "movies on the beach!"

Mountain Chalet - Panoramic Views 45 Min to Denver

Serenity at 8,000 feet with Pine and Aspen trees. Address is Littleton, but it's part of the Conifer mountain community. The Chalet is a private quarters above our garage with a separate deck and entrance. We also host elopements and micro-weddings! Overlook mountains to the west and the Denver to the east. Hot tub is on the back deck of main house and overlooks city lights! Groceries, dining and hiking trails only 15 minutes away. There is no A/C. 4WD vehicles are required October - April.

Aspen Park Mountain Retreat-Tranquil & Convenient

Located a few minutes off HWY 285, the 600+ sf guest suite has a private entrance through the 1 car garage and a private deck. Our property has a park-like setting with a beautiful view and just minutes to hiking & biking trails. Close proximity to Red Rocks Amphitheater, Denver & Big Mountain skiing. Hosts on site, but you are allowed plenty of privacy.
