Fee and Marks place is a peaceful spot in a quiet Jan Juc street, 15 mins walk to Jan Juc shops & beach, close to bus stop and 40 mins walk to Torquay or Bells beach. We live upstairs & don’t allow pets as we encourage wildlife into our garden; a blend of indigenous & food producing plants, stone walls & sculptures. Beach Flat - across the road from the beach!

Possibly the best location in town! This is a rare find, a beautiful, coastal styled, two bed apartment right opposite the beach, with private parking. Just 12 steps over the road is Cosy Corner beach & around the corner restaurants, boutiques and the Torquay pub only a few minutes walk away. A perfect retreat for 1 or 2 couples to relax in, super comfy bedrooms both with TV's, a sun soaked deck and fully equipped kitchen. Beach getaways don't get much easier or better than this!

Deep Creek Getaway

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Situated on Deep Creek 200mt along a lovely bush track to the beach. 15 min walk to cafes and shops. Complete self-contained, lower level of our home with its own entrance and private back yard. This is a ground level unit, with 2 Queen beds. All occupants - are considered paying guests. This unit is not suitable for children under 2 years. Please note this is a quiet residential area and is not suitable for parties or functions.

Deśa Retreat is a place to unwind and connect with yourself, your loved ones and nature. Within walking distance to the stunning beaches of Jan Juc and Torquay, walk the clifftop track, explore the bush, surf iconic breaks Winki and Bells, or simply sit and watch the view from one of the many lookouts dotted along the coast. Now offering a beautiful outdoor sauna and cold plunge wellness space on site ($35 per person for 60 minutes or $60 per couple, cash payment).
