This is a fully furnished family home we rent out when we are not at home (fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, king size bed bedroom and spacious living room with a desk, sofa and untrafast wifi). The apartment is located in a residential building on the 6th floor and has an open terrace with a view over the surrounding area and Vitosha mountain. Free parking on premise, 1 mins walk to busstop and 15mins to subway.

Welcome to my contemporary, cozy, quiet, light, and warm central apartment, 56 sq. m, balancing comfort and aesthetics. It was my parents place. Located on the 4-th floor in an authentic 1930-40s building in a typically socialist style (no lift), like many other buildings in the center. Many of our neighbors were doctors, most lived to 80-90 years. Now the building, although strong, does not look as a new and shiny hotel. But it is worth to feel the Bulgarian atmosphere, in the Airbnb spirit.
